A lovely school that creates a fun environment for the children- they embrace all the festive occasions and create an interesting platform for learning.
I have two areas which I feel the school could improve: 1. For those children that do meet the targets and above please keep challenging them. I often feel once they have reached the goal they are not pushed any further. Some children just want to keep growing . A lot of focus is placed on underachievers and not over achievers. 

2) encourage all children to take part in sports activities- for example talk to children in good time about swimming gala and bench ball. It seems to be same group of children that compete each time.

Very Grateful to Tony Nunn for running through the main points of such a large subject.  Hopefully Ofsted won't turn up unnanounced as ask any in depth questions of us as probably do not know the subject in any depth. We certainlyknkw where to go if we have concerns. Is there another session for us volunteers at all ? Or is that all we need ?
